As we approach the end of 2025, it feels like the right moment to pause and reflect on what we've accomplished together. Everything POPG achieved this year happened because of an engaged, passionate community that believed in building entertainment differently.
When we say we're built by fans for fans, we mean it. This year proved it.
2025 began with POP.VIP already established after its November 2024 launch. The tier system: Sapphire, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, was proving that genuine rewards could replace empty promises. Throughout this year, we watched the community embrace these tiers, and more importantly, we listened to how POPG fans were using the platform and refined the experience based on that feedback.
We saw fans progress through tiers, unlock meaningful benefits, and build long-term engagement patterns that validated everything we'd hoped the platform could be. Your success on POP.VIP proved the model works.
The biggest milestone of 2025 was undoubtedly the launch of POP GAME, but what made it truly special was how we got there. We didn't build POP GAME in isolation and then unveil it to the world. We built it together with the community, step by step.
Our POP Game VIP group became the heart of this collaborative development. These OGs, the original community members who believed in the vision early; didn't just test features. They shaped the platform. Their feedback influenced everything from game mechanics to responsible gaming tools, from user interface decisions to reward structures.
This wasn't token community involvement. When the VIP group said something wasn't working, we redesigned it. When they suggested improvements, we implemented them. When they identified gaps, we filled them. The POP GAME you see today is genuinely a product of collaboration between the development team and fans who cared enough to help build it right.
The decision to prioritize responsible gaming tools from the start came directly from community conversations. Traditional platforms hide these features or make them difficult to access. Our VIP group told us loud and clear: if we're building for real fans, we need to build for sustainable play. So we made responsible gaming central, not peripheral.
When POP GAME officially launched, it wasn't a surprise to the VIP group because they'd been seeing every step of the way. And it was so rewarding when watching new fans enjoying what we’d built together with the community! This is what community-driven development looks like in practice.
Introducing VIP Fan Points was a watershed moment for the ecosystem. Finally, loyalty could be recognized comprehensively across everything POPG offers. POPG fans can earn VFPs when playing on POP.GAME; saving on POP.VIP and eventually buying event tickets on POP.LIVE (will be launched in the later stage).
What's been most rewarding is watching how this incentivized genuine engagement. People aren't gaming the system or trying to exploit loopholes, instead, they're participating authentically because the rewards for real engagement are better than any shortcut could provide.
Bringing Peter Schmeichel on board as brand ambassador was a milestone that resonated far beyond what we expected. Here's a Manchester United legend, someone who understands what real fan loyalty looks like, choosing to align with POPG. That meant something.
Peter saw what we're building; not just a platform but a community that genuinely puts fans first! For POPG fans, having someone of his caliber validate the vision added credibility and excitement. For us, it confirmed we're on the right path.
The partnership also highlighted something important: the principles that create great sports fandom - loyalty, community, genuine engagement - are the same principles driving POPG. We're not inventing something entirely new. We're applying timeless community values to modern entertainment platforms.
Perhaps the most significant achievement of 2025 wasn't a specific feature or milestone; it was proving that community-driven development actually works. Skeptics said fans wouldn't engage meaningfully, that governance would become chaos, that building transparently would create more problems than it solved.
They were wrong.
The POP Game VIP group exemplifies what's possible when you trust your community. These weren't just testers, they were co-creators who took ownership of the platform's success. The feedback was thoughtful, the suggestions were practical, and the commitment to helping build something great was unwavering.
Beyond the VIP group, the broader POPG community has shown remarkable engagement throughout 2025. You provided feedback that shaped updates to POP.VIP. You participated authentically in POP GAME. And the platform is better because of that collaboration.
We've also learned the importance of transparency. When decisions are made in the open, when changes are explained clearly, when mistakes are acknowledged honestly it helps build trust. POPG fans know they're getting the real story, not corporate spin, and that authenticity creates a different kind of relationship than traditional platforms manage.
While 2025 was about launching POP GAME and strengthening the ecosystem foundations, 2026 will be about expanding on them. POP.LIVE is on the horizon, bringing exclusive event access to POPG fans in ways that bypass the scalping and frustration of traditional ticketing. This will complete the entertainment ecosystem: gaming, VIP benefits, and live experiences, all connected through $POPG and VFPs.
We're also exploring ways to deepen community engagement. The POP Game VIP group showed us what's possible when fans have real influence over development. As the ecosystem matures, more POPG fans should have opportunities to shape strategic direction. What that looks like exactly is something we'll develop together, but the principle is clear: this is your platform as much as ours.
As the community grows and the ecosystem expands, the advantages the rewards for VFPs accumulation should grow proportionally. Your loyalty should become increasingly valuable over time, not plateau at some arbitrary ceiling.
More partnerships like the one with Peter Schmeichel are in the works. We're connecting with people and organizations that share POPG's values and can bring additional value to the community. Each partnership will be chosen carefully to enhance the ecosystem rather than just chasing headlines.
Stepping back, 2025 proved something crucial: there's real appetite for entertainment platforms built differently. Fans are tired of being treated as revenue sources. They want to be recognized, rewarded fairly, and given a voice in the experiences they support.
POPG exists because we believed this appetite existed and bet everything on serving it. This year, that bet paid off. Not just in growth metrics or platform milestones, but in building a community that genuinely believes in what we're doing together.
The POP Game VIP group deserves special recognition here. You showed what community-driven development can achieve when both sides commit to it genuinely. You helped build a platform that's better than anything we could have created alone.
As 2025 comes to a close, the most important thing we can say is: Thank You!
Thank you to our POP Game VIP group for being true partners in building POP GAME from the ground up. Thank you to everyone who believed in the vision when POPG was just getting started. Thank you for your patience as we scaled the infrastructure. Thank you for your feedback that made everything better. Thank you for bringing friends into the community. Thank you for being genuine fans rather than short-term opportunists.
Everything POPG achieved in 2025 happened because you were here, engaged, and committed to building entertainment differently.
2026 will bring new challenges, new opportunities, and new ways to prove that POPG’s motto - built by fans for fans - aren't just viable, they're the future of entertainment. We're excited to continue this journey with you.
Here's to the year we built together, and to all the years ahead.
